All-knowing Creator God sends Jesus

Isaiah 46:9-10 Remember the former things of old, for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done, saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, And I will do all My pleasure.”

There is an eleventh thing that God never says, and that is: “Wow, I never saw that coming!” This material world we live in is defined by three spatial dimensions and one dimension of time; in other words, the dimensions of length, width, height (or depth) and time. It's difficult, if not impossible, for the finite, living within the boundaries of these four dimensions, to grasp and comprehend the infinite and that which exists boundless outside what we sense and understand. Creator God, Spirit, outside of time, that spoke the Cosmos (heaven and the universe), matter and time into existence can only be understood by what He reveals to us.

Job 38:1-4 Then the Lord answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said: “Who is this who darkens counsel by words without knowledge? Now prepare yourself like a man; I will question you, and you shall answer Me. “Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? Tell Me, if you have understanding.

We have to take by faith what we know to be true, but cannot seeing or touch. The Lord has left His fingerprints all over the place and written His signature for us all to recognize. The Holy Spirit is guiding us all in paths of righteousness for Christ’s sake and our maturing growth in this purposeful pilgrim’s progress towards eternity, from the four dimensions of this life to the fifth and beyond with the Lord in heaven. God is saying, “Don’t get all caught up in the creation; get caught up in the Creator.” Realize who made everything and is continually active in the affairs of mankind daily.

Psalm 33:13-15 The Lord looks from heaven; He sees all the sons of men. From the place of His dwelling He looks on all the inhabitants of the earth; He fashions their hearts individually; He considers all their works.

But, also, comprehend that the Lord has us here to glorify God. And though we live in a “Fallen World” of sin and unbelief, God sent His Son, Jesus Christ into these four dimension so we could truly sense “God among us”, Emmanuel. And this perfect fully God/ fully Man Jesus would (by the pure love and grace of God) pay with His life to redeem the world, then rise from the death to conquer sin, death and the devil forever for the Believer, by faith – Ephesians 2:1-9. Christmas means so much because of Jesus. Unending joy!

John 1:1-5, 10 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.  And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. That “Word” is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Let's not allow our limited capacity of sensory perception attempt to limit our infinite eternal Maker. Rejoice!

Joy to the world, the Lord is come! Let earth receive her King; Let every heart prepare Him room, And heaven and nature sing, And heaven and nature sing, And heaven, and heaven, and nature sing.

He rules the world with truth and grace, And makes the nations prove. The glories of His righteousness, And wonders of His love, And wonders of His love, And wonders, wonders, of His love.

Merry Christmas, Brian
