Romans 1:16-23 “For I am not ashamed of
the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to
everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile. For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed—a
righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.” The wrath of God is being
revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who
suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what
may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God’s invisible
qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being
understood from what has been made, so that
people are without excuse. For although
they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but
their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God.
This last Wednesday night at church, we started
a video and discussion series that will run up to our Christmas break on the
subject of "Creation by the Intelligent Design of Creator God" using
the fabulous natural science documentaries of faith-based film producers
Illustra Media. The line-up of feature films by Illustra Media, that clearly
point out the evidence of "special design" outside the abilities
of Darwinian theory of "macro-evolution", consist of: (1) Unlocking
the Mystery of Life, (2) Where Does the Evidence Lead?", (3)
The Privileged Planet, (4) Metamorphosis - The Beauty and
Design of Butterflies, and (5) Flight - The Genius of Birds; quality
documentaries that confirm the Romans 1 verse above.
Genesis 1:1, 20 In the
beginning God created the heavens and the earth. And God said, “Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above
the earth across the vault of the sky.”

verse of Holy Scripture and 1 Peter
3:15 tells us: “In your

everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that
you have. But do this with gentleness and respect.”
Psalm
148:1-6 “Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord from the heavens; praise
him in the heights above. Praise him, all his angels; praise him, all his heavenly
hosts. Praise him, sun and moon; praise him,
all you shining stars. Praise him, you highest
heavens and you waters above the
skies. Let them praise the name of the Lord, for at his command they were created, and he established them
for ever and ever— he issued a decree that will never pass
away.
This post is
long, so let me conclude this important issue with a letter of great concern that
