Grandchild Break

Just returned from a mid-week trip to Denver, Colorado, where we visited our Grandson and his parents.
I once heard that "Grandchildren are the reward for a long life." I've also read, "Truth be told, there's nothing better than being a grandparent. All our elders know this and it is evidenced by that twinkle in their eyes. Of course, they know more than they let on—life's secrets have come to them through time, experience, and patience. ~author unknown
We're new at this "Grandparent" thing, but loving this new chapter of our life. What a blessing!
