Whom shall you serve?

Joshua 24:14-15 - "Now therefore, fear the Lord, serve Him in sincerity and in truth, and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the River and in Egypt. Serve the Lord! And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord."

There are two world systems in operation on the Earth that each and every one of us must choose between to serve. Those two systems are unbelief and unbelief – the greatest decision, which determines our destiny for eternity. Revelation 20:14-15 “Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.” Living by Satan’s world system of darkness and lawless sin for self-centered temporal lustful pleasures is contrary to God’s system of living in the light of righteousness and fruitful, purposeful humility.

To those who repent, die to their sin and turn to the Jesus Christ, there is healing and forgiveness for the shameful and disgraceful uncleanliness of inequity. If we did what is “right” in the eyes of the Lord and obey His Holy commandments, laws and statutes, our heart will desire the Lord. To stand up and stand with God, as a Child of Righteousness, and hear the words of God from Revelation 21:3-7 “ I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, "Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away." Then He who sat on the throne said, "Behold, I make all things new." And He said to me, "Write, for these words are true and faithful." And He said to me, "It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son.”

Now its your turn. Choose for yourself this day whom you will serve.
